Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2, 2026
This policy explains what information Arivol collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to deliver our services, and we do not sell personal information.
1.Who We Are
Arivol is a workflow efficiency consulting business operated by iProfessional Consulting LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Arivol,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers arivol.io, the Arivol client portal, and the consulting services we provide. Questions about it go to mail@arivol.io.
2.Information We Collect
Information you give us directly:
- Contact details you enter in a form on our site, such as your name, work email, company, and any message or answers you include.
- Account details when you sign in to the client portal, including your name, email address, and profile picture, provided by the sign-in service you choose (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, or Apple). We never receive your password for those services.
- Engagement information you or your company share with us during an audit or project, such as team structure, role descriptions, software and vendor lists, subscription and spend exports, workflow descriptions, and files you upload to the portal.
- Billing information needed to invoice and collect payment. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, and are not stored on our systems.
- Communications with us, including emails, call and text records, meeting invitations, and notes we take during calls.
Information collected automatically: our hosting provider records standard technical data when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use it to keep the service running and secure. We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking tools.
3.How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and send proposals.
- To perform the audits and projects you engage us for, and to prepare the reports and recommendations we deliver.
- To operate the client portal, including signing you in and showing you your engagement.
- To invoice, collect payment, and keep business and tax records.
- To communicate with you about your engagement, your account, and changes to our services or policies.
- To protect the security and integrity of our systems and prevent abuse.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
4.AI-Assisted Features
Some parts of our work and our portal use AI models provided by Anthropic, for example to suggest how the columns in an uploaded spreadsheet map to the fields we analyze. When a feature like this runs, the relevant content is sent to Anthropic for processing. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, data sent through its API is not used to train its models. We review AI output before relying on it in anything we deliver to you.
7.How Long We Keep Information
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful to follow up, and engagement information for the length of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterward so we can support you, answer questions about past work, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to the exceptions below.
8.How We Protect Information
Data is encrypted in transit, and each client’s records are kept separate by access controls in our database. Access is limited to the people who need it to deliver your engagement. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the information we hold, and we will notify you as required by law if a breach affects your personal information.
9.Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it to complete an engagement, meet a legal obligation, or resolve a dispute.
- Stop sending you marketing email. Every marketing email includes a way to opt out.
Depending on where you live, including Texas, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, such as the right to appeal a decision we make about your request. To make any request, email mail@arivol.io. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
10.Information About Our Clients’ People
During an engagement, a client may share information about its own employees, contractors, or vendors, such as names, roles, and the tools they use. We process that information on the client’s behalf and only to deliver the engagement. If you are one of those people and have a question, you can contact us or the company that engaged us.
11.Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12.Where Information Is Processed
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand your information will be handled in the United States under this policy.
13.Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services change. We will post the new version here with a new date, and for significant changes we will notify active clients by email.
